Our clients can request support and connect to a TeamViewer channel in the fastest possible way.

It is highly recommended to install the TeamViewer in all of your AIM computers/machines. Once installed, there is no need to go through the time-consuming process of downloading the Remote support Application each time you start a support session.  If you cannot download please send us an email and we can send it via email at support@aimmachines.com.
