New Technical Support feature from AIM: “for Windows® XP/7, Get Rescue Calling Card”
The Rescue Calling card is a small and simple application that can best be described as a hotline for our clients to seek support. Using the calling card, our clients can request support and connect to a channel in the fastest possible way.
It is highly recommended to install the calling card in all of your AIM computers/machines. Once installed, there is no need to go through the time-consuming process of downloading the Rescue Applet each time you start a support session. If you cannot download please send us an email and we can send it via email at: email@example.com.
