AIM Around The World

Already this year, AIM has participated in two trade shows in different parts of the World.  In March, along with Taiwanese representative, SOCO, AIM sales representative, Gus Goudis showcased the AFE-3D8-T.



The show was TIMTOS (Taipei International Machine Tool Show) which is considered to be one of the largest machine tool shows in the region.  Many of the attendees were from Asia, Australia, and Eastern Europe.



Also in March, AIM Representative, Steve Dembinski, along with AIM’s Mexican Representative, Master Steel and Service, S.A. de C.V. featured the AFM-3D8T-U at TECMA, in Mexico City. 
According to both Master Steel and Service President, Oscar Blanco, and Steve Dembinski, the show was a huge success.

AIM thanks both SOCO and Master Steel and Service, for putting together great exhibits and taking such wonderful care of Steve and Gus!

In the next two months, AIM will be exhibiting at International Exhibition & Conference for Wire and Cable in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India, Interwire in Cleveland, Ohio, and Wire Russia, Moscow Russia.  For complete information on all of AIM’s trade show participation, please check out, AimMachines.com-tradeshows 

 


Company Announcements

IPOD Winner!!

AIM awarded Ron Hood, with Heckmann Building Products, Inc. from Melrose Park, IL., the IPOD for his creative Christmas Tree.  Although his wife had difficulty parting with the beloved Christmas Tree, AIM proudly has it displayed.  We thank you for your creative submissions.



 

NEW HIRES AT AIM for ‘07

Nick Broska joined AIM in January.  Nick was previously employed by the Danaher Corporation and has obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.  Nick will be helping the design team by designing new tooling and machines for the company.

Adam Cook has also joined AIM’s design team.  Adam, is a recent graduate of Purdue University with his bachelors’ in Mechanical Engineering.  Adam has spent a considerable amount of time interning in the resistance welding industry and will contribute to AIM design and improvement of new products.

Thomas Weed joined AIM in early February as an Engineering Technician.  Thomas has his degree in Electronics Engineering and Technology from the DeVry University-Addison.  He will be focusing on all technical aspects of the machine as he is preparing for future Field Service and Technical Support.  Thomas enjoys sports, music and movies when he is not diligently working at AIM.

Czeslaw (Chester) Dereszkiewicz has joined the production staff of AIM.  Chester is a native of Poland, and has 20 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer and lead man CNC Programmer.

JoAnn Edwards is AIM’s newest member.  She is your first point of contact when calling AIM.  JoAnn has a five year history in the administrative/reception field.
