AIM Inc., a.k.a. Automated Industrial Machinery, Inc., manufactures 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional CNC bending machinery.  The company is an active machinery exporter via its two manufacturing facilities in North America and Europe.  Founded in 1992 by Constantine Grapsas, AIM Inc. has grown to become the premier CNC bending machine supplier serving customers worldwide.

AIM Inc. has been solving customer application problems from Day 1.  The first AIM Inc. machine produced repeatable and highly accurate parts fast and efficiently.  The AccuSpiral, the only CNC wire forming machine allowing automatic programming for flat spiral shapes, revolutionized the HVAC industry.  Since then, AIM Inc. has grown to include over 35 models of 2D and 3D CNC benders, including single head benders and double head benders.

The modular machine construction technique AIM Inc. employs provides unprecedented machine upgrade flexibility and versatility.  2D machines are able to manufacture rectangular frames as large as 72” (1828mm) by simply changing frame modules.  Both 2D and 3D machines can expand to accommodate accessory machine modules.  These include chamfering, butt welding, end forming, drilling, marking, threading, and press operations.  Many of these modules are offered in-line, allowing for turn-key end product manufacturing. 

The newest machine lines include the value oriented AccuForm Compact, resetting the bar for entry level, automated CNC wire bending machines and the AccuForm “Rebar”, a dedicated rebar CNC bending machine, with world class strength and robustness, yet employing AIM’s exclusive SmartEditor™ easy to use machine controller environment.

Continuing the quest to provide finish customer solutions, AIM Inc. provides total turn-key integration in partnership with Fanuc Robotics.  AIM Inc. has installed complete systems, integrating the AIM Inc. bending machines with Fanuc Robotics articulated robots for complete lights out operation, allowing the customer to achieve new lean manufacturing capabilities.

With technical sales representatives throughout North America, Europe, and in strategic locations throughout the globe, AIM supplies the world with wire and rebar manufacturing automation solutions.  AIM has made significant installations in Asia, Australia, and South America.
